Super fast, easy, and delicious recipe. Great for serving as an horderve or as a meal. 

Ingredients 

  • 1/2 lb Lean Ground Beef
  • 1/2 lb Lean Ground Pork 
  • 3 Tbsp. French Onion Soup Mix
  • 1/4 Cup Bread Crumbs
  • 1 Large Egg

Method

  1. Pre heat oven to 350 F
  2. Thoroughly mix all ingredients together 
  3. Form bite size balls and place on greased baking sheet
  4. Place in middle oven rack and cook for approximately 20 minutes, turning occasionally
  5. Meatballs are cooked when centre is no longer pink.
